On January 27 (Mon), the founder and CEO of Aburi Group, Seigo Nakamura, gave a presentation in the “Industry Research” class of our International Career Course!
The Aburi Group is a restaurant group, driven by the question “How can we make people happy?” and they continue to develop new concepts of sushi restaurants in Japan, Canada, and the United States, including a Michelin-starred restaurant.
They are not trying to force Japanese food on people, but to fuse it with the local people’s food culture to make everyone happy✨. ‼️
The students seemed to be absorbed in the conversation!
